Happy fall everyone! I just wanted to share this recipe with you. Its so tasty and just fits a cool blustery fall/winter day! I enjoyed it today while crafting!
2 pints whipping cream
1/2 C sugar
1/3 C canned pumpkin
1 t pumpkin pie spice
1/2 t vanilla extract
Combine cream and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat; stir until sugar is dissolved. Whisk in pumpkin until well blended; add pumpkin pie spice and vanilla. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until mixture is warm. Pour into mugs and serve with a dollop of cream and a sprinke. Serves 4-6 .
